Realized- Labor

Now in American society some good things that are now happening is that all races equally participating in the civil labor force. The unemployment rate for women and men are basically equal so that's not good about unemployment but its good that there equal.

Now in American society a bad thing that is happening is that women are participating less than men in the civil labor force. Another bad thing is that the unemployment rate is way higher for blacks and Hispanics. therefore saying that there are less jobs that are offered to black people then Hispanic people.

Some ways to improve American is to include women more in the civil labor force by hiring more women into jobs that men would "normally" take. We can fix the unemployment rates by offering more jobs to everybody. Offering more jobs would get more people off the streets, but we have to offer them to everybody.
