Times of Change- Farmer, Massacre, A Nun

What do these two poems and the article say about the impact of the war on the native Vietnamese? Can you think of any other ways in which the war will impact the native Vietnamese?

The poems and the article show how bad it really was to be a native in Vietnam. Almost all of the people killed were civilians and some calling it murder as being premiditated. They killed the people that didn't die right away with there guns. One man though saved a little boy and took him to an orphanage. The war took most of there homes, land, money and probably just about everything that meant something to them. It took away most families also.
